Shipping policy

All orders ship within 7-14 days. 
Preorders take 6–8 weeks.

Tracking is emailed as soon as our warehouse team ships your order.

Once we have received the inventory, we will package the items individually, and each customer will receive an email confirming the order has been shipped + the tracking number.

The shipping price for international shipping is the shipping price that is given by the system, and there is no "set" amount for international shipping. It will depend on where the customer resides in.

U.S. Free Shipping discount is not available for international orders.

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for the reshipping fee. Payment is required before the package is resent.
