Shipping Policy
- All orders have a 3-5 day production fulfillment period. This means we will fulfill your order within 3-5 days and then ship it out. Depending on your location, additional transit days may apply on top of the 3-5 day fulfillment period. For international orders, shipping times will vary by country and are outside of our control.

If you have not received an order confirmation email within 72 hours of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder before reaching out.
- For pre orders you will receive order confirmation and tracking number when the item arrives at our warehouse to be packed (4-7weeks).
- For international orders, we are not responsible for customs delays, import fees, or duties charged upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are outside of our control.
Refunds / Exchanges
- All sales are final. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for this specific time period. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless product is damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We will review and issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Shipping Provider
- If your package is lost in transit or tracking shows no movement for 7 or more days past the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@contrabandus.com and we will resolve the issue.
- If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please wait 3 business days and check with neighbors and your local post office. If your package still has not arrived after 3 business days, please contact us at support@contrabandus.com and we will resolve the issue.
- If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address at checkout, we are unable to intervene once the order has been placed. In the event that the package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address, the customer may be eligible for a full refund excluding the original shipping fee.

Please note that the original shipping fee, which ranges between $5 and $8, is non-refundable in the event of a return due to an incorrect address.
Care Instructions
- Wash cold, inside out, with gentle detergent
- Hang or lay flat to dry for best results
- Note: Washing or drying on high heat will cause shrinkage and may alter fabric treatments.
